What if our project needs to pivot mid-way?
It happens — and we're built for it. We work in short cycles, so changing direction takes days, not months. No change-request bureaucracy, just a conversation and we move on.
Do you work fixed-price or time-and-materials?
By default, a fixed monthly price for a team. Predictable for you, predictable for us. We only do fixed-price for very clearly scoped work — usually we'd rather not, because it produces worse software.
What if you're too busy for a new project?
Then we'll tell you. We stay small on purpose, so we can't always start immediately. If we're full, you get an honest start date or a referral to a team we trust.
What happens after launch?
We stay. Maintenance, monitoring, further development — usually continued in the same monthly contract. No handover to another team, no disappearing act.
Do you work with our internal IT?
Often, yes. We're used to organisations where IT, security and compliance play a role. We deliver code, documentation and architecture your internal teams can keep building on.
